VISITING HOURS
santralistanbul exhibitions and the Museum of Energy are open to visitors daily, except Mondays, between 10.00-18.00 on weekdays and 10.00-20.00 on weekends. santralistanbul is closed on 1 January and the first day of all religious holidays.
Terms of admission for all events and activities in the santralistanbul complex, including exhibitions and the Museum of Energy, are posted on our website.
ADMISSIONS
Visiting current exhibitions at the Main Gallery as well as the Museum of Energy are included in the price of admission.

GUIDED TOURS
Private guided tours of the Museum of Energy can also be arranged. Lasting around 45 minutes, tours are tailored to visitors’ interests and given in Turkish or English as required. Guided tour groups are limited to a maximum of 25 persons.
Fees for private guided tours include museum entrance:

University students: TL 15.00
Private guided tours must be booked in advance. To make a booking, visitors are asked to send an e-mail with their contact details to rehberliturlar@santralistanbul.org, specifying the date and time of the tour they wish to schedule.
GETTING HERE
santralistanbul is located in Silahtar at the confluence of the Kağıthane and Alibeyköy rivers and the Golden Horn. Free shuttle buses run daily (except public holidays) from outside the Atatürk Cultural Centre in Taksim Square to santralistanbul and back.
The shuttle timetable below is for the period between 21 January - 12 February 2012. There won't be any shuttle service on Sundays between these dates.

By car from Beşiktaş or Taksim, taking the new Bomonti-Dolmabahçe and Piyalepaşa-Kağıthane road tunnels will cut journey time considerably. santralistanbul has on-site parking facilities with space for 600 vehicles.
Besides the free shuttle service, there is also public transport from Eminönü, Şişli and Taksim. By bus, the nearest stops are Bilgi University and Silahtar.
By water, santralistanbul is within easy walking distance of the Sütlüce or Eyüp Piers, both of which are on the İDO Golden Horn service operating between Üsküdar-Karaköy-Eminönü-Eyüp.
